DESCRIPTION:The Greenfield Music Festival is an annual celebration of music\, culture\, and community. Held on the first full weekend in June in Greenfield\, Highland County. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe Greenfield Music Festival offers lots of fun and games for the whole family to enjoy. \n\n\n\nThe Pageant takes place at 5.30 pm on Friday. There will be an antique tractor show\, a baby contest\, the Power Wheels Derby\, a car and bike show\, and the Parade takes place on Sunday at 3 pm. \n\n\n\nFood and beverage options and vendor stalls will be attending. \n\n\n\nA run at Felson’s Park takes place on Saturday morning for the early birds\, at 7 am. \n\n\n\nLive bands will be on stage throughout the festival. \n\n\n\nFestival hours: \n\n\n\n\nFriday: 4 pm – 11 pm\n\n\n\nSaturday: 9 am – 10.30 pm\n\n\n\nSunday: 11 am – 6 pm\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDo you have an event that you want to feature (for free) on our VisitOhioToday events calendar? DESCRIPTION:Ohio Valley Frontier Days at Fort Steuben is a festival of reenactments\, demonstrations and more. Held on the first full weekend in June. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe reconstructed 18th Century Fort Steuben opens its gates for two days of reenactments\, demonstrations\, music\, storytelling\, arts\, and crafts. \n\n\n\nSee the soldiers setting up camp and loading and shooting their muskets\, as well as the daily life of the enlisted men who lived at the Fort in 1787. \n\n\n\nVisitors can join in with crafts and other activities. DESCRIPTION:The Old West End Historic Festival in Toledo in early June is a two-day event celebrating one of the largest historic districts in the country.  \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThis festival begins on Saturday morning with the King Wamba Carnival Parade. \n\n\n\nMusic is provided by more than 20 bands\, there are multiple food markets\, a beer garden\, house tours\, shopping\, and much more. \n\n\n\nThe Old West End neighborhood is one of the largest collections of Victorian\, Edwardian\, and Arts and Crafts homes in the US. SUMMARY:Troy Strawberry Festival
DESCRIPTION:Troy Strawberry Festival is a fun\, family-friendly event that takes place in early June\, in downtown Troy. \n\n\n\nPhoto courtesy of Troy Strawberry Festival\n\n\n\nTroy Strawberry Festival is an entire weekend filled with all things strawberry! Over 200\,000 visitors attend this free event each year. \n\n\n\nThe fun begins Friday\, the night before the festival\, at the Strawberry Jam. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 5 pm\, followed by the dyeing of the fountain. A concert will take place on Prouty Plaza. Activities for kids include a Children’s Big Wheel Race and a Children’s Berry Shuttle Run & Dash. \n\n\n\nThe Pie Eating Contest is on Saturday at 12:30 pm near the Community Stage on the lower levee\, arena side. There is also a Tennis Shootout at Troy Community Park. \n\n\n\nOn Sunday\, both the 5K and 10K Classic Runs as well as the 2-mile Strawberry Shortcake Run start on Riverside Drive at Troy Community Park. A Cruise-in will take place at Troy Community Park\, starting at 10 am. Registration begins at 8 am. There will be awards. Superkids is scheduled at Troy Memorial Stadium.  \n\n\n\nThere are three stages holding performances\, the Levee and Community Stage on the river levee and Prouty Plaza in downtown Troy. A beer truck will be on the levee near the Levee State. \n\n\n\nHandcrafted arts & crafts vendors and non-profit food vendors will be there\, too! Kids will enjoy the face painting and balloons! \n\n\n\nTroy Strawberry Festival is a rain-or-shine event unless there is severe weather. Service animals only\, please.  \n\n\n\nYou can park at the Miami County Fairgrounds and take the free shuttle to the festival.
