DESCRIPTION:Coshocton Sunflower Festival is an annual summer event at the Coshocton KOA Holiday Campground in Coshocton in August. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nExperience the joy of living sunshine with your family and friends at the annual Coshocton Sunflower Festival! With 50 varieties of sunflowers covering four acres\, you are bound to have a great time picking flowers\, taking pictures\, and so much more at this rain-or-shine event! \n\n\n\nExperience the sunflower field with a wine-tasting\, beer-tasting\, and live music. \n\n\n\nWagon rides will take you to the field. There will be craft vendors and food trucks. \n\n\n\nUnique photo spots are located throughout the sunflower field. Keep in mind that bees are in the field\, so if you are allergic\, come prepared with first aid supplies. \n\n\n\nA woodland shade area is next to the sunflower field\, where you can cool off and relax after your adventure! \n\n\n\nDon’t forget a picnic blanket\, sun protection\, and your own clippers\, although they do have clippers for you to use if needed.  \n\n\n\nFriendly\, leashed animals are allowed.  \n\n\n\nHandicapped parking is available\, or golf cart rides to the field will be available for those unable to board the wagon or walk to the field. SUMMARY:North Ridgeville Corn Festival
DESCRIPTION:North Ridgeville Corn Festival is an annual summertime weekend event that takes place in August at South Central Park in North Ridgeville. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe North Ridgeville Corn Festival is a family-friendly event full of fun and entertainment! Voted one of the best festivals in Lorain County by Pulse Magazine\, it offers free parking\, free admission\, and free live entertainment. It is sure to be enjoyable during those dog days of summer. \n\n\n\nAmish-style cooked corn will be on the menu for the start of the festival on Friday! Fireworks are planned for Friday night\, as well as band performances at The Gazebo from 8 pm to 10:30 pm.  \n\n\n\nA Car Show will be on Saturday at South Central Park from 12 pm to 2 pm. Some categories are Custom Street Rod\, Exotic\, Street Legal Muscle\, and Gold Wing-Furthest. A corn-eating contest is also planned for Saturday\, with divisions including Youth\, Junior\, Teen\, and Adult.  \n\n\n\nA Grande Parade will occur on Sunday from 1:30 pm to 3 pm\, featuring a mile of people\, vehicles\, and floats.  \n\n\n\nKids’ crafts\, inflatable games\, and rides will be there! Axe throwing\, extreme bubble soccer\, bull riding experiences\, bouncy castles\, giant slides\, and obstacle courses are planned. A Double Elimination Cornhole Tournament is open to all ages.  \n\n\n\nAn Arts and Crafts Fair will occur during the festival weekend\, too.  \n\n\n\nShuttle Services will be offered between parking and the festival. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nDo you have an event that you want to feature (for free) on our VisitOhioToday events calendar? The annual festival takes place over three weekends in August. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nCome to the Shaker Woods Festival on weekends in August to see over 200 of the best juried craftspeople from across the country! They will be dressed in the Shaker period clothing of the late 1800s and will perform demonstrations as well as sell their homemade items. \n\n\n\nSome of the items you can expect to find for sale at the festival include handmade soaps and sanitizers\, herbs and spices\, handmade baskets\, fresh produce\, florals\, hand-dipped candles\, shaker brooms\, custom-made knives\, hand-thrown pottery\, blown glass\, and custom jewelry. \n\n\n\nBring your appetite because there will be many food vendors\, too! \n\n\n\nRelax and enjoy yourself! Take a stroll through gorgeous gardens. DESCRIPTION:Hippie Fest is a groovy\, family-friendly\, two-day music and arts festival that takes place in Logan in August. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin like-minded souls at Hocking County Fairgrounds for a festival of peace\, love\, and art. All ages are welcome. \n\n\n\nThis rain-or-shine event features Woodstock tribute bands and drum circles. Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.
