DESCRIPTION:Log Cabin Days by Hochstetler Log Homes is a rustic and Amish-themed weekend event in September. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nIndulge in the Early Bird Breakfast before the festival opens on Saturday. During the days\, check out the Amish-cooked food vendors selling many delicious savory and sweet snacks. \n\n\n\nLog Cabin Days has activities for the kids to enjoy\, including pony and covered wagon rides\, treasure hunts in the wood shavings\, a petting zoo\, and a coloring contest. \n\n\n\nYou can watch demonstrations of the mill and dry kilns in operation\, steam-engine sawmilling\, lumberjack activities\, wool-spinning\, and more. \n\n\n\nA self-guided log home tour is available\, and a cabin and rustic furnishings auction will offer to the highest bidder prebuilt cabins\, pavilions\, rustic furniture\, and more. \n\n\n\nThere is an admission fee to this event.
