Ashland Chautauqua

Ashland Chautauqua is a 5-day festival showcasing history through first-person historical portrayals. It is held in mid-July.

This festival starts each day with either a workshop or ‘Coffee with the Scholars’, and finishes each evening with ‘An Evening With…’, which is a famous historical character, such as Lucille Ball and Steve Jobs.

There is also live music each day of the festival.

The events are held at various locations around Ashland County.

  • Tuesday: 1 pm – 3.30 pm | 7 pm – 9.30 pm
  • Wednesday: 10 am – 2.30 pm | 7 pm – 9.30 pm
  • Thursday: 9 am – 5.30 pm | 7 pm – 9.30 pm
  • Friday: 9 am – 3.30 pm | 7 pm – 9.30 pm
  •  Saturday: 9 am – 10.30 am | 7 pm – 9 pm
