Columbus Coffee Festival 2023

The festival offers a variety of ticket options, change your mind on the session time? Email us first to do a transfer for you!
Two day sessions offer guests a chance to attend the Festival on both Saturday and Sunday.
Espresso Express – $50: Espresso Express ticket holders receive early bird passes to enjoy the festival on both days from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and will receive one commemorative Coffee Festival mug to enjoy coffee samples.
Java Lovers – $30: Java Lovers will receive access to the festival on both days from 11 a.m – 2 p.m. and one commemorative Coffee Festival mug to enjoy coffee samples.
Coffee Cravers – $30: – Coffee Cravers receive access to the festival on both days from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. and one commemorative Coffee Festival mug to enjoy coffee samples.
(All two day ticket holders should remember to bring your mug with you when you return on day two!)
Single day sessions offer guests a chance to attend on either Saturday or Sunday.
Very Caffeinated Person – $75: Attendees will have access to the festival all day from 9am-6pm. Choose Saturday or Sunday to attend.
Early Birds – $35: Early Bird ticket holders receive early bird access from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. and one commemorative Coffee Festival mug to enjoy coffee samples. Choose Saturday or Sunday to attend.
Session 1 – $25: Session 1 attendees will receive access to the festival from 11 a.m – 2 p.m. and one commemorative Coffee Festival mug to enjoy coffee samples. Choose Saturday or Sunday to attend.
Session 2 – $20: – Session 2 attendees will receive access to the festival from 3 p.m. – 6 p.m. and one commemorative Coffee Festival mug to enjoy coffee samples. Choose Saturday* or Sunday to attend.
A 5% arts and culture fee is added to each ticket purchase as required by the City of Columbus. This fee supports exemplary artists, arts and cultural organizations and programs that educate and engage audiences of all ages throughout greater Columbus.

On Sunday 9/24 only, you will get a chance to meet some of the adoptable cats from Kitty Bubble Cafe & Bar.
Bella’s Beans Street Team will be running around the Ohio Village giving out clues to a scavenger hunt for guests to win some cool prizes.
They teamed up with the Greater Columbus Sports Commission who will be on-site talking to guests about the U.S. Figure Skating Championships coming to Columbus in January 2024. You will even get to test your skills at different figure skating moves.
Franklinton Cycle Works will have an interactive camping area.

Educate yourself on the history of coffee. This exhibit was curated by Anne Evans of Columbus Underground and includes many Ohio items! Exhibit can be found in the American Hotel during your visit.
FAQs
Columbus Coffee Festival is held outside and occurs rain or shine. If there is inclement weather, some activities may be moved or cancelled.
Sample sizes of coffee range from 3 – 4 ounces each.
Because Ohio Village is a historical property, there may be some buildings where accessibility is an issue. If you have accessibility needs, please contact us and we will provide an ambassador to help you enjoy the festival.
There are no ATMs on site. Exhibitors accept cash, credit or debit cards for purchase of coffee merchandise, food and retail items.
Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is not permitted in Ohio Village or anywhere on the grounds of the Ohio History Center.
Pets are not allowed on the grounds of the Ohio History Center or in Ohio Village.
Wheelchairs are available in the Ohio History Center or at the John Hauck Foundation Welcome Center at Ohio Village.
Tickets to the Columbus Coffee Festival are good only for designated session times.
Ohio History Center members do not get in free to this private event.
