Great Mohican Pow-Wow

The Great Mohican Pow-Wow is held at the Mohican Reservation Campgrounds in Loudonville in September. All things Native American are celebrated here.

At this festival, visitors can see tomahawk throwing, Aztec fire dancers, fire-starting demonstrations, a storyteller, and more.

There is live music and dancing troops throughout the festival. Artisans display and sell their work, including antler works, basket weaving, feather working, knife making, pottery, silversmithing, wood & bone carving, and more.

Festival Hours:

  • Friday: 10 am – 6 pm
  • Saturday: 10 am – 7 pm
  • Sunday: 10 am – 6 pm
