Ashtabula Covered Bridge Festival

This festival is based around a self-guided driving tour of the Ashtabula County covered bridges. Held on October 12th and 13th 2024, the central celebrations take place in Jefferson.

At the Ashtabula Covered Bridge Festival in Jefferson, there will be a parade, crafts, antique cars, antique engines, a quilt show, entertainment, food vendors, and more.

The self-guided covered bridge driving tour will take you to the covered bridges of Ashtabula, including the longest in the state, Smolen-Gulf, and the shortest that is open to traffic, West Liberty. There are also over 100 barn quilts along this tour that are noted on the downloadable tour map.

Each bridge along the tour will have live music, refreshments, and entertainment.

This festival has free parking and admission.
