The Ashtabula Covered Bridge Festival is a self-guided driving tour of Ashtabula’s 19 covered bridges.

Most of the activities take place at Smolen-Gulf Bridge and Harpersfield Bridge, including a parade, crafts, antique cars, antique engines, a quilt show, entertainment, food vendors, and more.

including the longest in the state, Smolen-Gulf, and the shortest that is open to traffic, West Liberty. There are also over 100 barn quilts along this tour that are noted on the downloadable tour map.

Each bridge along the tour will have live music, refreshments, and entertainment.

This festival has free parking and admission (NOTE: There is more parking available at some bridges than others).
