McCarthy’s Irish Pub is in Port Clinton. The drink and food menus here feature a strong Irish theme, complemented by some typically American additions.
A warm, Irish welcome awaits you here. If you visit McCarthy’s for a meal, there is no reason you should leave hungry! The food is wholesome and there is plenty of it!
The menu typically includes Irish Nachos, Fried Pickles, Loaded Spuds, Blarney Burgers, Paddy’s Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Fish n’ Chips. One of the appetizers is Scotch Eggs – an English favorite of boiled eggs wrapped in sausage meat, coated with breadcrumbs, and deep fried – they are delicious and you get three of them!
Drinks include Whiskey in a Jar, Irish Coffee, German Margarita, Guinness, and Miller Lite.
There are always specials available, such as Sandwich of the Month, Wings & Trivia, and Steak Night. Check out their Facebook page before your visit.
Events are occasional and mainly around holidays such as Halloween and Christmas.
