Otway Community Christmas is on Saturday, December 2, 2023. Drive through the illuminated covered bridge and enjoy Redbird Christmas in the Otway Community Center.
About Otway Community Christmas
The Community Center hosts various events through the afternoon, including a silent auction of beautifully decorated Christmas trees, a baked goods auction, and photo opportunities at the Otway gym with Santa and Mrs. Claus with free hot chocolate and cookies.
Christmas music will be performed by local talent, and local artisans, crafters, and small businesses will be set up throughout the day.
The parade is in the evening and Santa and Mrs. Claus will be passing out candy canes to the kids at the covered bridge.
Decorate your vehicle to drive through the Otway Covered Bridge after the parade has been through it.
After the parade, park at the Brush Creek Township Park and walk along the paved pathway illuminated with candle luminaries.
There is also a live nativity scene and a decorated Christmas tree.
