Rosewood Holiday Arts Festival takes place at the Rosewood Arts Center in Kettering on December 2, 2023. This festival focuses on the talent of local artists.
About the Rosewood Holiday Arts Festival
The activities at the Rosewood Holiday Arts Festival include singing, dancing, an art exhibition, artist performance, art-making activities, art shopping, and the Soup Bowl Fundraiser.
The one-day festival is from 11 am to 3 pm.
There is a live performance by the Kettering’s Children’s Choir during the event and the talent of artists at the Rosewood Arts Center will be on display during the event.
Art-making activities will be available for the children, and they can leave with their artistic creations. Various games will also be available at the event to keep the children busy and entertained.
The festival will present an opportunity to make art with Jes McMillan of the Mosaic Institute of Greater Dayton. The artistic items will be used for an upcoming art installation in Kettering. Visitors can also learn how to fuse glass.
Unique handmade items created by local artists will be available for purchase.
Instructors from the Rosewood Art Center will display their talents in jewelry making, water pencil coloring, sewing, pottery, etc.
You can buy handmade bowls made for the community soup-making competition, and the Soup Bowl Fundraising for the Kettering Parks Foundation will also run during the event.
All proceeds from the event will benefit the Rosewood Art Center artists, and some go to the Kettering Parks Foundation.
