About Spring Hill Winery
Spring Hill Winery’s story began back in 1953 when the original farm was purchased by Tom White, who owned and operated orchards in other locations. The name came from the many springs located on the 200-acre farm. In 2008, the farm added a winery.
The owners describe this winery as an upscale country winery. It is very inviting and provides a friendly atmosphere. Each time that I have visited the employees have been friendly and kind and the service has been great. They serve wines, ciders, food, and baked goods.

This is such a fun place, I have so many memories here! What I love most about Spring Hill Winery is the HUGE selection of everything! Wines, other drinks and so much food! There is usually a musical performer on the weekends too!
Visit Spring Hill Winery
Typically, on the weekends there is live entertainment. Depending on the weather the entertainment could be indoors or outdoors. If you want to do some shopping, there is a cute little gift shop with wine-related items.
They do not take reservations but ask that large groups call ahead so they are prepared for your arrival. There is ample parking, and buses and RVs are welcome.
The Wines
The wines produced here range from dry to sweet. The Premium label wines use either Vinifera or French hybrid grapes. The Covered Bridge label wines use local Labrusca grapes. The Fruit label wines are made from 100% real fruit with no grapes or other flavorings. The Dessert label wines include Ice Wines and Frosted fruit dessert wines.
Ciders
The winery offers many guest craft beers and ciders. However, they make some ciders themselves. Some of the homemade ciders are seasonal. The list below shows the year-round ciders.

Local produce and products are used when available, they pride themselves on their bakery which makes mouth-watering desserts. The menu changes but typically includes dips, cheese plates, salads, soups, pizzas, burgers, and desserts from the bakery
