Idyll Reserve is an eco-friendly, luxury getaway location in the Hocking Hills area in Ohio. Idyll Reserve 3 – The Cabin is one of five cabins and provides the perfect location to relax and recharge in nature!

I loved that you could enjoy a private fire pit area below the back deck, or you could use the larger community fire pit area, which is out front. The community area is perfect if you have friends staying at another cabin on the property.
About Idyll Reserve
Sustainability is at the heart of the Idyll Reserve ethos. There are two electric car charging stations on the property. The cabins use Birch mattresses, which are made from natural, non-toxic materials. The bedding used at Idyll Reserve is organic.
The furniture inside the Idyll Reserve cabins is FSC-certified furniture from places like West Elm. You will see upcycled or vintage pieces throughout the property. There are organic or locally sourced products at Idyll Reserve, such as coffee, tea, and other items.
Whether you are interested in sustainability or not, Idyll Reserve shows you how to easily incorporate it into your life. The way sustainability is intertwined with the entire property is amazing. They make sustainability sexy and luxurious!
What is Included with the Cabins?
All five cabins have the same facilities and amenities.
A fully stocked kitchen: we are talking about every single item you need…utensils, dishes, wine glasses, champagne flutes, coffee mugs, coffee maker (2 kinds), an espresso machine, pots, pans, stovetop, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, and more!
Each cabin at Idyll Reserve has an outdoor area with a fireplace, a fire pit, or a fire table. They provide the firewood and fire starters!
There is also an eco-friendly hot tub at each cabin. I spent time in this every single day!
If you have young children, you will be happy to hear that there is a high chair and a pack-n-play with bedding in each cabin.
There is WiFi, TV with Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney Plus. A great sound system is connected to Spotify.

The Cabin was the first property built on this land.

- Private hot tub

- Lounge area
- Dining area
I have stayed at most of the cabins at Idyll Reserve, and I have enjoyed each of them. They are very private and peaceful, and relaxing.
