About the Christkindlmarkt Festival
A Christkindlmarkt is a European, open-air, seasonal market that sells items like nutcrackers, cuckoo clocks, ornaments, candies, and more. Christkindl is the German equivalent of Santa. This festival is German with a Cincinnati twist!
There will be holiday lights, as well as choral and musical entertainment.
Eat, drink, and be merry! Try some warm Glühwein, hot mulled cider, which is a staple at a Christkindlmarkt.
Cincinnati’s German-style bakery, Servatii, is sponsoring the festival.
Rent one of eight cozy, hospitality igloos that seat 14 people for private gatherings. The igloos are heated by an inviting electric fireplace. They are furnished and transparent – offering you enjoyable views of the market while relaxing in comfort—online reservations.
The bonus is that your igloo rental will be paid back to you in vouchers that you can spend on food and beverages at the market!
The Christkindlmarkt is closed on holidays. The opening hours vary day-to-day, so please check the hours for the day you wish to attend.
Please visit the website and/or social media for up-to-date schedules and operating hours for this event.
