Indoor playgrounds are lifesavers when it is raining during school vacation! There is almost always a viewing gallery or snack place where adults can sit and keep an eye on their little ones. Depending on what your children enjoy, indoor playgrounds have just about every activity between them that anyone could wish for!

Children’s Museum of Cleveland

At the Children’s Museum of Cleveland, you can spend an entire day. This museum has 8 exhibits that keep kids of all ages entertained. There is a miniature city where the kids can do some climbing and explore the Adventure City.

Kids can enjoy an arts and crafts area and a theater and they can also play with bubbles. There is a lot of information on their website, including information about gift cards and membership packages.

Akron Children’s Museum

The Akron Children’s Museum is the perfect place to visit for fun and education. The play here is very hands-on, with environments like a farm, the theater, or even a doctor´s office. The museum also has a ton of games, projects, and science experiments for the kids to take part in.

Kids have the opportunity to make a boat for the canal system, or how about helping to build a car and race it down the derby track? There is even something for the youngest visitors. There is a bespoke babies zone, where young babies and toddlers can play.

Make Believe Family Fun Center

Make Believe Family Fun Center is the perfect play for children who like to run wild, with a fabulous arcade, number cars, indoor playground, mini-bowling, and more fun and games.

There is also a toddler area that is suitable for smaller kids. There are packages available, and these are listed on the website.

Buckeye Imagination Museum

Buckeye Imagination Museum is designed for kids from 2 to 10 years old. This museum encourages children to use their imaginations and there are some great exhibits, including construction sites, fire trucks, and ER. Birthday parties and other celebrations are catered for here. More information is available on their website.

Acres Of Fun

At Acres of Fun there is a huge 10,000-square-foot skating rink, mini golf, go-karts, laser tag, an arcade, batting cages, and a restaurant.

Even though this is an indoor playground, there are some outdoor activities available as well. It should be noted that these activities can be canceled due to bad weather. Please check out their website for pricing and other information.

Austintown Bounce Indoor Play Center

Austintown Bounce Indoor Play Center is a large facility that is over 17,000 square feet. There are a couple of party rooms, over 40 arcade games, and concessions.

There is also an adult lounge that has a TV, a massage chair, and free Wi-Fi is also available at the Center.

Ghostly Manor Thrill Center

Ghostly Manor Thrill Center is a manor house and some of the activities on offer here are unique, they include XD 4D Theater, laser maze, haunted house, escape room, VR gaming, bounce houses, and an open play area.

The Ghostly Manor Thrill Center offers events fun and games throughout the year. Family nights are popular events. Details of all events are on the website.

The Dungeon At King Arthur’s Court

King Arthur’s Court more than encourages kids of all ages to come and play. The dungeon is full of toys for exploration such as the Jungle Gym, hanging swings, indoor zipline, archery practice room, and a rock wall.

Jump & Jacks

Jump & Jacks is the largest indoor playground in the Cincinnati area! So it comes as no shock that there are lots of things that will keep the kids entertained for hours. There is a toddler zone that is ideal for the small ones. They can crawl and climb on the different apparatus in the area.

There is also a giant jungle gym that is designed for kids between the ages of 3 and 11 years old.

Dig ‘N Play

This is a very large indoor playground at over 10,000 feet. There is a 3-story play area, inflatables, and an open play space. Whilst the play area is designed more for younger children, older children are also more than welcome.

There is an area for adults too, where you can enjoy a glass of beer or a glass of wine. There is coffee on offer as well.

Scene75 Cleveland

Scene75 Cleveland had children of all ages in mind when they designed and built it. This amazing indoor playground has over 20 attractions including mini golf, laser tag, bounce houses, and VR games.

There is also a large arcade that has over 200 games. There are also three bars and a restaurant on-site, so the adults can chill out as well. Please visit the website for more information.

Putt N Stuff

Putt n Stuff is an indoor playground, but it has an outdoor area as well. The indoor area includes go-karts, batting cages, laser tag, and a play area.

Chuck E. Cheese

Chuck E. Cheese has 17 locations in Ohio, and they all offer great fun for the whole family. There are lots of arcade games and prizes. Chuck E. Cheese offers all-you-can-play at different times of the day.
